Year 1 & 2 Class

We did: Kiotsuke, Kamae, Seizaho, rules of dojo, Obino musubi kata, Shomen uchi ikkajo osae(1)

Today's points:

• Kamae 
• Migi hanmi kamae ... Right foot forward
• Hidari hanmi kamae...Left foot forward

• Shomen uchi ikkajo osae(1)
• We focused on its steps.

   **About last week's home-work**
  Some of you mentioned that you couldn't see the video as it's on Youtube. I've modified the Members site and I'm going to put a new video for the move called Shomen uchi ikkajo osae(1) that we did today. Please check once more and practice how to tie obi during vacation. And if there still be problems regarding the video, let me know.

Today's points:

• Kamae 
• Migi hanmi kamae ... Right foot forward
• Hidari hanmi kamae...Left foot forward

•  Zenpo kaiten ukemi
• You shouldn't twist your body

• Shomen uchi ikkajo osae(1)
• We focused on its steps.
• You should always straighten your back. 

      **Home-work**
  I'm going to put a new video for the move called Shomen uchi ikkajo osae(1) that we did today. And please check the video, "how to tie obi" and practice it during vacation. If there still be problems regarding the video, please let me know.
